Support employee (12-20 hours)

Due to the growth of Webworx, we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic support employee to join our team. We are looking for a support employee who can relieve our team of programmers by taking on first-line customer support.

Work

What will you do as a support associate?
  • Responding to incoming tickets via our ticket system, mail or phone;
  • You interact directly with the customer;
  • You try to work with the customer to resolve the problem, if this fails you escalate the ticket to the appropriate person;
  • In some cases, it will be necessary to help customers via “remote desktop,” in order to show how to perform a particular operation;
  • From common questions write new help articles for our online help center
  • Sometimes you will test and populate new websites, these may be entirely new projects or small updates and you may contribute ideas in these;

Job requirements

You…

  • Are communicatively strong, both in writing and verbally
  • you can speak good Dutch and English
  • Are able to work 16 to 20 hours per week at our office (Tilburg)
  • Have some experience with WordPress websites
  • Is pursuing a communications, marketing or IT-related degree
  • Are eager to learn and not afraid to learn something new
  • Are a team player, or sociable colleague
