Active brainstorming
Together with other specialists, Webworx analyzed the current web pages and data. With a comprehensive check, we examined strengths, areas for improvement and opportunities. During this dynamic process, we actively shared ideas and there was room for brainstorming. This research phase brought illuminating insights, which we incorporated into wireframes. On this basis, we tested all functionalities in the test environment until everything worked as it should.
The focus on the customer journey
Research also showed that the customer journey needed to be optimized. We focused on all phases - from shopping in the webshop to the time after purchase. By integrating links, we were able to make the webshop more user-friendly. An example to optimize the customer journey is 'active campaign'. After an order, consumers land on a personalized page with order information, product advice and recommended products. The integrated link provided the same information and further shipping updates automatically in their e-mail. The style of the email also provided Webworx with Adequat's corporate identity for brand recognition and continuity of their branding.
